11-hydroxy-THC, or HXY-11 THC, is a highly potent THC metabolite typically produced when the body metabolizes Delta-9 THC. Studies show that HXY-11 is much more psychoactive than Delta-9 THC, with a potency rate that’s 7 times its predecessor.
